We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Algorithms Engineer to tackle the exciting challenges we face daily. What we expect

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize algorithms in C++ and optionally Go to meet customer-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Architect in pioneering new intellectual property.
  • Prototype and craft effective testing systems using Python.
  • Apply your skills to adapt algorithms for hardware implementations, with VHDL knowledge as an added asset.
  • Strong background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields. Degrees are respected, but not as much as talent and drive.
  • Robust experience in C++ and optionally Go, with a passion for writing efficient, clean, and innovative code.
  • Solid understanding of or interest in mathematics, physics, and digital imaging.
  • Proficiency in Python, particularly for testing and prototyping.
  • Familiarity with VHDL or a willingness to learn and apply these skills in a practical context.
Language Skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Skills in German and other languages a plus.

Location & Work Arrangement

  • We're based in Zug, Switzerland. While we prefer candidates who can join us on-site multiple days a week, we are open to remote arrangements within Switzerland for candidates with substantial experience.
