Head of Growth


Dotphoton is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in image compression and processing solutions designed for AI. Our mission is to revolutionize the way large-scale imaging data is processed and stored, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality. As we continue to expand our footprint in the industry, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Growth to lead our sales team and drive our growth strategy.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Growth to join our executive team at our office in Zug, Switzerland. This position requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in scaling up businesses, leading high-performing sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology sector, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to set and achieve ambitious KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Take ownership of the sales team, providing leadership and direction to achieve company goals. Develop and implement growth strategies that align with Dotphoton’s mission and objectives.
  • Sales Performance: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and KPIs. Ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue generation goals.
  • Partnerships & Negotiations: Establish and maintain relationships with large partners and clients. Lead negotiations to secure profitable deals and long-term partnerships.
  • Revenue Growth: Commit to and deliver on revenue growth objectives. Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine and adjust strategies as needed.

Technology Stack:

What we expect

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within technology scale-ups.
  • Track Record: Proven success in leading and scaling a sales team, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to set and manage KPIs effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the technology and imaging sectors.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivation and development.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners, clients, and team members.
  • Fluent in English.


Location & Work Arrangement

  • Zug, Switzerland
  • Must have a valid Swiss B or C work permit or Swiss/EU passport.
